Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians before enrolling students on the Platform.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have collected such data without consent, please contact us immediately.

Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address concerns related to the processing of your personal data. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
